Terms of Service
Payment must be received prior to any products being shipped. All returns are subject to inspection of the item before any refund is granted. You will be charged a restocking fee up to 25% of the sale price and shipping costs are not refunded. It is your responsibility to ship the products back to us for a return. If the item has been used in anyway and/or the box seal is broken we will consider the item to be used and you will be charged at least 50% of the sale price for the returned item. Either Sports 365 or the manufacture will replace any product that is DOA. All of the metal detectors and pinpointers we sell come with a factory warranty. Thank you. Sports 365
